Batikent Residence

The rising Patecint project in the town of Nilofer, affiliated to the state of Bursa, is equipped with a boutique design. The project consists of 3 buildings with 90 apartments designed, provided that the number of its rooms is 1+3. The project attracts customers' interest in its horizontal architectural design with a few floors, its green spaces and its location close to the main roads.
