The Erium Coro project in the town of Ghazi Amir, affiliated to the state of Izmir, attracts the customer's assignment of its location surrounded by the forest of three parties. The project's buildings are equipped with a small horizontal design. The project offers options 1+1, 1+2 and 1+3, along with ground floor apartments and Rizidas apartments attached to a terrace. This has been allocated large areas of social facilities in the project, and apartments were built with smart home systems and ground heating systems.
